7-DAYS EXCHANGE POLICY
All products sold on Angels are covered by our 7 Days Exchange Policy. In case you have any issues with product quality or sizing, you can return your product within 7 days of the date of receiving the goods.
Condition of Exchange:
- Product must be un-used and returned in original packing.
- No tagging or pricing information should be removed.
- Original invoice is required for the return
- Incase we feel that product is used, washed or soiled, no exchange will be permitted!

- · What is 7 days Exchange Policy?
To
ensure your shopping experience remains the best, all physical products sold on
Angels Collection are covered under our 7 Days Exchange Policy. Customer must notify
us of any manufacturing/fabric/color defect(s) within 7 days of receiving the
goods and we will issue exchange to you at no extra cost (excluding shipping
and handling!).
- · Is Exchange Policy implied without any hassles?
We dispatch
all products after careful inspection and expect to see happy customers.
However, for whatever reason, if you wish to return your item(s), you should
follow the below listed procedure:
1. Item(s) must be unused and in original packaging
and with all tags intact.
2. Ensure you pack item(s) securely and safely to
prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend that you use a reliable
courier service for shipping back the items.
3. Ensure that you reach out to customer care first
with your complaint and get your complaint number and use with your invoice
number while shipping your items.
4. Attach photo copy of invoice with your order.
- Where should I send it?
Send
the item back to at our address, check Contact Us page for details on address.
You can return the item in person as well but make sure you take appointment to
visit the store.
- · So will the courier charges be reimbursed?
No,
shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
- · Can I exchange the item for a new item?
Yes.
You can, after the approval from customer care. Just let the customer care no
the item code. Item will be shipped after necessary adjustments.
- · How will I get the Refund for adjusted amount, if any?
Incase
you have successfully registered a complaint and refund is agreed, Send below
