ANGEL'S SHIPPING POLICY
We deliver all products in excellent condition and within 2 working days of receiving the order. For all purchases for home delivery shipping charges of 3% of total amount or Rs 90/- , whichever is higher, would be levied
- Incase you cancel the order before it’s shipped we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
o Part cancellation of order is not possible.
- Order delivered can’t be cancelled or refunded. Yes, Exchange is possible within 7 days of Delivery!
o Check our Exchange Policy for exchanging the un-used items for color and size(s).
§ Shipping charges would be extra for Home Delivery of exchanged product.
- Do you charge for shipping?
We currently charge nominal shipping fee within India on all products. Shipping charges are calculated based on items order, weight and location and displayed during checking out. You can opt for collection from store as well to save on shipping charges!
- Do you deliver products outside India?
Angels does not deliver
products outside India. You can place an order on our website from anywhere in
the world; however please ensure that the delivery address is within India.
- On your website, you say 48 Hours Dispatch, but it takes much longer to deliver, why?
Orders are processed and
shipped out of our store(s) within 48 hours. After dispatch, it may take upto 5-7
business days for the order to be delivered to its delivery address.
- What courier service(s) do you use to deliver products?
We delivery quality checked and packaged items by well known courier agencies in India. Delivery is currently possible in India locations depending upon reach. Angels is in the process of partnering with
Blue Dart, Wheels and DTDC for shipment of products in India.
- How will I
know if my order is placed successfully?
You will receive an email
confirmation from Angel's Collection once your order is successfully placed. This mail will
have all the details related to your order.
- How do I check
the status of my order?
You can check the
status of your order by calling us or e-mailing us for order status update. We are creating online management system as well and soon you would be able to view the status online 24x7!
